The 2025 Global Law and Order Report is a global security assessment report compiled by Gallup, based on a survey of 145000 adults covering 144 countries and regions in 2024. It measures the Law and Order Index through four indicators: the sense of security of walking alone at night, trust in police, property theft, and personal attacks.

The annual report released since 2006 uses quantitative data to reflect the public safety situation and residents' sense of security in various countries.

The report shows that China scored 93 points on the Law and Order Index, ranking fourth globally, tied with Iceland and Vietnam. In terms of residents' sense of security, China ranks third with 94%, tied with Oman.
